Stephen Tobias, executive director of the Saint John Theatre Company shows the CBC's Nipun Tiwari around the old Sydney Street Courthouse. An additional 12 million dollars from the feds allows for an expanded redesign that will triple the size of the existing structure as it's being converted to a new performing arts facility.
