Scott Taymun is a retired federal executive. He served more than 30 years across seven departments, including 20 as an executive and close to 10 years with central agencies. He is the former chief of staff to both the secretary of the Treasury Board and the clerk of the Privy Council, and also played a significant role as the civil service point person on the government response to the sponsorship scandal from 2004 to 2006.
