Anna Caterina is a model, actress, stuntwoman, and mental and fitness coach. She started her modeling career at a very young age, and growing up, she decided to go to Cinema School to become a stuntwoman. In this episode, she explains how she got ready for it, the differences she sees between the modeling industry and acting. On top of that, she gives you some tips to overcome rejection.

Kemi is a model living in New York city who recently started in the industry. In September, for the first time in her career, she was part of the New York Fashion Week and walked for the international brand Forever 21. Her amazing work made her appear in magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar and modeling websites like models.com.

Besides her modeling career, Kemi received a bachelor’s in philosophy, has had a career in finance for half a decade, and now she’s doing an MBA in Columbia Business School: she's a full-time model and a student.

Now she is living in Ireland with her husband, who is a well-known Irish rugby player, Simon Zebo and her three kids.

As a teenager, Megan suffered from chronic anxiety and 3 years ago she shared her experience on how to deal with negativity in the TEDx Talks. She also wrote the book on mental health “How to Thrive In The Virtual Classroom”. It focuses on the importance of mindfulness to deal with the day to day worries, anxieties and thoughts of teenagers and young adults.
