In this finale episode Sarah shares the three lessons she is taking into season two: to never take counsel from your fears, to embrace your scars as the very cracks that let the light in, and to trust that God will always make more of your life than you can on your own. She also gets real about what this season cost her — the vulnerability, the back surgery recovery, the shaking hands as she booked guests she never thought would say yes — and why every hard moment was worth it.

Kent and Anne-Marie, who run a high-end home design company, brought their eye for detail and beauty into every Sophie’s Place location. When Steve and Barb Young of the Forever Young Foundation approached them, they created Sophie's Place, a music therapy center in Sophie’s honor with themes like “Music Changes Everything” and “Shine On.” Every detail reflects Sophie’s personality and her lasting impact on the world.

They also speak candidly about grief, the temptation to turn away from the hardest moments, and how true healing comes from facing it, leaning on each other, and finding beauty in the midst of sorrow.
