Previously, Kate worked as a marketing manager for a tech software startup based in Toronto. Jelmer is the driving force behind DMZ Innisfil and Innisfil's growing technology startup ecosystem. Founding several startups and joining early-stage founders, Jelmer helped them find product-market fit and traction. After 5 years as founder and early startup employee, Jelmer ventured off into the public sector where he discovered his passion for building ecosystems and supporting entrepreneurs

Michelle has worked for municipalities across Canada and for the Government of Bermuda, focusing on a wide range of issues such as conservation, intensification, and growth management.
