For years, I found myself in a really not so fun cycle of being desperate to lose weight, buying some ridiculous workout plan or weirdo meal plan, not sticking to it and then judging myself for it. I would sit convinced there was something wrong with me, until my own self hatred of my body would show up strong enough again to then repeat it all, with a new workout or eating plan. I was stuck in judgement of myself so I couldn't access the curiosity to ask myself how I could make this all easier for me (and therefore, find the success that I was after). Listen in, as I offer my own ideas for why swapping judgement for curiosity will make it all easier for you.
