Justin spent the first 22 years of his career on Bay Street as an equity research analyst with several investment banks. It was there that he honed his analytical and financial skills. He obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1998. In 2016, he left his Bay Street career to focus on real estate.

He is a realtor with Remax Hallmark, partnering with his wife Jenny. In 2018, Jenny and Justin were among the top 4% of realtors in Toronto by number of deals completed. Justin is also an active multifamily real estate investor in Hamilton. In just three years, he has acquired numerous properties and manages over 50 units with partners. Apart from real estate, he is also an active start-up investor with ownership in numerous start-up companies. Outside of his investment and work life, Justin enjoys spending time with family doing outdoor activities.
