In the last two months, I've put more focus on training this student. The head mistress told me they would be displayed soon. Since it's an end-of-year party, poor me, who loves taekwondo so much. The woman told me to come just once a week, but I decided to go twice. At some point, I want to be going every day so they can catch up on time.

Although the students can be frustrating sometimes, believe me, they are one of the best I have ever had. Next week is their end-of-year party, and these are some of the things they will do on that day. They are to show off some talent like self-defense, poomsea, breaking of plank, and so on.

Just a few days ago, I was talking about how my phone got spoiled when I was about to charge it. When the phone screen got broken, I couldn't help it, so I had to find another way to survive. That was when a good Samaritan borrowed me the one I'm using at the moment.

After which he gave me, I realized the phone has a charging port issue. I charged it over the night, and it doesn't even charge at all.

I realized I've got all the tools I need to repair it at home. So all I need is a new charging port panel.

I went to the market to get the charging port panel, which cost around $3 with the transportation fee.


When I got back home, I used flat tools to gently remove the back cover of the phone, while I used the Star tool to remove all the nuts on the phone. After that. I gently removed the flex connected to both the charging panel and the panel so I could remove the panel. I also disconnected the network cable. It is a black cable.

I gently removed the panel and put in the new one, then fixed all the necessary things. I covered the charging port panel with its cover and screwed it back with my sta tool. After that, I put back the back cover of the phone. Make sure everything is in order. And then I texted it. It works perfectly well.

I charged the phone up to hundred percentage. I make sure everything is in order.

Can you try this at home? Of course yes even if you are not an engineer. All you need is to make sure you calm. Fixing a phone is not too risky if you are actually careful with it.

It's been more than ten good years since we know each other; we are best friends, and believe me. We tell each other about ourselves.

Our closeness start since year 2013 we both went to same high institutions. The funniest part was that we both continued our education together in 2018. 



We both graduated again in the year 2022. We had so many memories together from the years we both spent in school.

She called me a few months ago and told me she would be getting married. She was like, Ayobami, I'm getting married to a man who has the same character as you. It was an honor to know she still remembers me to some extent.

I couldn't help but get ready for her wedding day. I was so happy to be there. And obviously, I met a lot of my friends at the wedding; we all went to the same university anyway.



It's a long journey from my state to hers, but I believe she is worth the sacrifice. I don't even know how it's going to be if I do not attend the wedding. The only reason I might not attend the wedding is if I'm not in the country. But then I'm.

After so many hours of travel, I boarded up to four buses. It's not a straight bus. So I need to stop from one bus stop to another.

I was able to get there on time. I left home around 7 a.m. just because I knew the place I was going was a very far place, and yes, I got there around 1 p.m. That was a 6-hour journey. 


Getting there, I was already tired, and my white clothes are dirty. I just have to use it that way. But yes, I enjoyed seeing my friend get married. 

I danced a lot at the wedding because it's all full of vibes. I met with all my friends after we all departed in 2022. It's more like getting together. I was able to have good conversations with my friends. 

After spending five hours at the wedding, I thought of going back home. I could not wait till the end of the wedding, but I stayed to almost the end.

I could not wait because of my journey back home, and it's getting late already. I left around 5 p.m. in the evening after gifting and also collecting some gifts.

I got a new light switch for my room; the place was a new place, so I need to fix some things up. Not just the switch alone, but then I did some other wiring work in that room. I had already fixed the bulb. In the room, here is exactly how I fixed my room switch.


**process**

Firstly, there is light in the room. So I need to change my changeover to neutra simply because of safety, and I'm not using any gloves. It is advisable to use hand gloves, but I don't have any. Meanwhile, there is no problem once you change the light to neutral.

I removed the switch there before and then used my pliers to fix the wire. I bring out the mouth of the red and black wire. You can see me holding the switch.

The other piece of equipment I used was a tester; a screwdriver would have been better, but I don't have one, and I need to improvise. So I used a texter to nut and tie the screws.


After which, I removed the old switch and placed the new one there, and here is the work we need to do.

**The red wire is two, and on the switch there is a hole to put the wire; there are three holes. The first one is L1, which will go for red; the second one is L2, which is just neutral; and the last one is N, which is going for black wire.**

In the shot, all you need to do is place those wires in the places I mentioned, then use the tester to screw the nuts with those wires until they are right and unable to be removed. After that, I screwed the switch with the two screws that came with it. I used my tester to screw them back and then test my work. I put the lights back to normal and tested what I just did. I was at a friend's party, and I realized how boring the party started to become at some point. This is because they have not really started an event yet. But the DJ was given hits back-to-back. Everyone was just sitting down without doing anything. 

I said this is a party; someone needs to cheer up these people sitting down. I took my phone and started recording, then I started dancing.

I danced so much that everyone at the party started joining me, and everyone was so amazed. A lot of people bring out their phones to record me. 

All I wanted to do was just kill boring moments, and guess what? I brought everyone to their feet to dance, and everyone was so happy.

It's party time, and there's a song challenge between the ladies and the guys. We all know that most ladies went to private schools, and most guys went to public schools. So the battle is to sing our primary school songs. And see who remembers it the most. And a winner will be chosen.

There is a big difference between those who went to public schools and those who went to private schools. Believe me, I have gone to both. Private schools are good schools that take care of students. We used to call them Ajebo. Indomie generation because we think they are too spoiled. 

Unlike public schools, I spent a lot of years there; in fact, there is a big difference between private and public schools. In public schools, students don't really go to school.

For a while now, I've been seeing this beautiful art museum online, and I really wish to visit the place. After the hangout I had with my friends, I've not visited them or even gone anywhere. I was just home all day for weeks, and since I don't have anything to do at home, I was just scrolling through Web2 one day, and I was a museum full of art. A lady was talking about how beautiful the place looked.

I saved the video, and after a few weeks, I decided to give the place a try. Well, I would not like to visit the place alone. Actually, I do not like traveling alone or hanging out alone.




I decided to chat my sister up. And I asked her if she'd be free so we could visit the art gallery together. But then she said she would have loved to visit the place. But she needs to go back to school, and they are having lectures the following day. I would not want to hinder her with anything because she's in her final years at the university.

 

I thought for a while and was like, Will it make any sense to go there all alone? I mean, I will need someone to take pictures and get the gist; I can't just be walking in the art gallery all alone. After some thinking, I remembered I have a friend in my state, and she's always free by the weekend. Moreover, she's also on Hive.

I decided to chat her up, and she was like, Hey, dear, are you free today? Let's sometimes spend time together in the art gallery. Well, she agreed with me, and then I was very happy.



I dressed and was already set to take my

leave. I knew my friend would come late because she told me she wasn't available at the moment, but she would come. 

I had to leave early anyway because I don't even know where I'm going. My sister gave me the full name of the place, which I typed in on my Google map. I had to enter the public bus, and since I'm the only one going, there's no way I can use a car.

I took the first public bus and trekked for a while, then entered the second public bus. When I highlighted that I ought to enter by bike to get to where I'm going, I decided to walk. The Google map was directing me, and I realized that it's not far again. Moreover, I was really hydrated. I decided to stop by and take drinks and biscuits.




I asked people around; no one knew the place, even when I was close to it. I just summoned my courage and still followed the map. After walking for like 20 minutes, my map told me I was at the place, and I looked at my right side and realized that I'd truly gotten to the gallery.

You have to pay a certain amount of money before you can enter the museum. I paid for two, knowing that my friend was coming. On getting there, I saw so many beautiful works of art. And also artists. The lady in charge was also very nice.

There are people there taking pictures and so on. I waited for an hour, then my friend came around. We talked, we went around, and we saw so many beautiful works of art. 



I also met some influencers, and I decided to price some of those works of art because they are also for sale. I was telling my friend the meaning of some art there, and she got it really quickly. She asked me how exactly I knew about them. And I told her that I had sold art for two years. That was a very long time ago. So I know a few things about them.

My friend was really amazed and surprised, and I priced one piece of art at around $7,000 for just one piece of art. That was a lot of money in Nigerian currency. 

After we fed our eyes with so many beautiful pictures, we decided to call it a day. We spent more than six good hours in the art gallery. Then we took enough pictures to show that we had evidence. After that, we all go back to our house.

If you are always following my posts, then talking about my friends, who became one good part of me during my nysc, will not be strange to you. You see, one good thing I believe in is connections, and since I did not have one as a child, I have to create one. I do not want my children to depend on me alone. If my friends are successful, then they will be what my children are looking up to. I believe if some of us had the connections we need today, we would not be where we are today.



but since we cannot have the connections, it is good to give our children a better one. Although I am pretty bad at keeping friends, I will do my best to keep some good friends. Well, it happens that during my nysc, I do not know how I became friends with these beautiful souls.

These are some of the things I like to keep my friendship with whoever I might meet, as much as I realized that you have potential. Believe me, I do not just keep friends without knowing you are someone better in one way or another.

Well, to cut a long story short, those friends left me in service. Our service is just one year, and they are seniors to me. Since last year, September was the last time we set eyes on each other. Everyone has been either busy or doing one thing to do another.

To keep the friendship between us, we decided to meet again and recreate the past. the memories, our growth, and other things. Another reason we needed to meet was because one of us just bought a new car and was also celebrating his birthday.

After so many deliberations and fixing of times for our meeting point, we later concluded on one, and eventually we met. But then all six of us cannot meet as one person is absent. This is because he is so far away from the spot.

In fact, it will take him up to 24 hours, if not more, to get to the destinations at which we want to hang out. It will only take me about 4 good hours to arrive at the sport, and the rest of my friends too—well, some are not up to that 4 hours. but those 24 hours of journey were not really worth it, I guess.

Well, when we meet, we talk first about the issues we are all facing, and everyone talks about the challenges we are facing in our places. We also discussed ways to get out, talk about opportunities, what can give us money, or how we can earn more money, just like my name implies.

After so many hours of talking, we decided to have some fun just the way we do. We played together, ordered food, ate, and we also celebrated our friend who just got a beautiful car. We celebrate those doing birthdays too, and we call it a day.

We took so many pictures together. and traveled back to our different places the following day.

I've been home for a while now, and I've not been doing any physical fitness training. All my students keep complaining that I left them without attending to them. Well, that wasn't actually true; I never left them. I just need some time to get back on track.

I was home today when my friends and my students asked me to come and train them. Since it's been a while, they train. I was like, okay, let me honor them by training them.


We drove down to the training center. Well, I've got so many training centers where I train my students. Today I decided to train them at one of my favorite training centers.

These two people are so addicted to training; you can see how they are smiling when training. Especially the other lady. She enjoys every part of the training I gave them.

She likes me to train her the most; she loves the way I train her. When I'm training people, I love to work on every part of their body. So there are so many exercises for everything you wish to do. Flat Tommy, hips, and so on. But then remember, there is general fitness, and that is what we always do first.

Well, I do more supervising work today than exercising my own body. One of the reasons I get tired of coaching work is that most times I don't have time to train myself because I focus more on people. And the fact is that it's a demonstration work.

You have to do it until they get it.

I tried to register for a gym center, but since I left my university, I haven't had a good gym for workouts. Or even see better training to do. It was a bit better when I was doing my service. But then I need it more now because of my cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

We only spent two hours training. We left for home until next time.

The month of February is the month in which we show love to one another; the rest of the month is also the month of love, but February 14 is always different. If you are someone who is always busy or doesn't have time for your love, this month should be a different one for you. I believe everyone should show affection to those they claim to love; no gift is too small. We all know the hardship in the country, so no matter how small the gifts look, as long as you remember your partners, it's something to write about.


I, as a person, don't like to joke with this day; I know how important it is. And this is one of the reasons I couldn't resist if my friends told me to hang out with them on this day.

Moreover, one of the important things about today is that we need to appreciate everyone. Imagine someone who has always been there for you, whether you are sad or happy. No matter what condition you have, there are some people who will stand by you till the end. Choosing a day to appreciate them all should not be a big deal.

Here are my colleagues. I was invited to their Valentine hangout, where the loved ones will show each other how they feel for one another. 

I couldn't deny their offer, and I traveled down to see my beautiful family again. It was late in the evening, and the purpose of the hangout was just to have fun and show love to each other. 


So there are so many gifts that were given to people, no matter how small they were.

Even if you don't have money, just come outside and enjoy yourself. We do not do much; we just have fun, talk, and enjoy ourselves. Then call it a day.
