In the latest episode of Morgan Latif Presents Oliver Morgan talks with Manfred Kwade, Partner Automotive at WP Board Services.

Oliver and Manred have a really interesting discussion about restructuring in automotive, starting with why companies often go into situations where they need to restructure in the automotive industry, how he would approach a typical restructuring situation, and then talks us through the leadership skills required to be successful in automotive restructuring.

Manfred is an experienced automotive executive and before WP Board Services, he gained significant international experience working at notable companies, such as Frasier and Philips Lighting.

Welcome to Episode 1 of Season 2 of Morgan Latif Presents: Leadership in Transformation.

In this first episode, Oliver's joined by Dietmar Dold, who discusses his recipe for a successful transformation - consisting of the three Ps - and the leadership skills required for successful implementation of this framework, especially when there is a high level of uncertainty and a lack of internal agreement, which is almost always the case in the types of transformation discussed, such as pivoting and adopting a new business model, or wide scale cultural change.
