Prosecutors have dropped murder and manslaughter charges against Minnesota state trooper Ryan Londregan, who fatally shot Ricky Cobb during a traffic stop in Minneapolis last year.

And the FBI has seized the cell phones of the seven defendants in the Feeding Our Future trial after someone approached one of the jurors with a bag of cash.
