  • Episode 46: Celebrity Death Match - Iggy Azalea vs Russel Crowe

This weeks episode of MorningBrew is a little peculiar, as due to some unfortunate life circumstances that occurred behind the scenes the guys had to do an impromptu recording. However, being ever determined to put out content for fans of the show, they managed to cobble together an episode.

On this weeks episode of the show you can hear about what celebrity the boys believe would hate them the most. Predating The Will Smith and Chris Rock debacle you can hear all about how Iggy Azelea went head to head with Russel Crowe. Also hear some of the most insane things the boys have heard come out of other peoples mouths in public.

  • Episode 45: We’ve played too many video games

Welcome back to another new episode of MorningBrew. 45 Episodes long, that’s crazy, know what else you could have used all this time on? Why sinking it into video games of course. The boys are video game heavy this week, as they not only discuss a wide array of video game topics, but they also very sadly give the top 10 games on Steam that they’ve put a lot of hours into…Not counting the vast amount of other consoles or profiles they may have had. It may be the most embarrassing listacle of all time.

Don’t worry though, they also discuss The Batman, and appeal to people to take the advice of those on the ground in the Ukraine when they ask for monetary donations and not physical goods.

  • Episode 43: NEGATIVE

With Adam self-isolating with possible symptoms of Covid-19, Morning Brew’s status as Ireland’s most Covid-proof podcast is at risk. Are we built as different as we think?

In celebrity news, we discuss the vile accusations leveled at Tom Hanks’s parenting ability by his son – and potential re-castings for various Netflix remakes.

And furthermore: the boys discuss their useless superpowers.

  • Episode 39: Turn on, plug in, drop out

Saved By The Bell aired in the United States from 1989 to 1993 but was resold and aired on Irish TV well into the early 2000s. So, it’s prime nostalgia fodder for us, and in Episode 39 we grapple with how the Saved By The Bell Cinematic Universe handles the Covid-19 pandemic.

Also: if you had to travel to the past (business or pleasure), what era of history would you choose? This topic was inspired by YouTuber ToldInStone’s Time Traveller’s Guide to Ancient Rome (url: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJLVd_CMe2c) which quite honestly explores the topic more fully.

And: the world needs more doctors. It’s just a pity none of us could be bothered retraining…

  • Episode 38: Pokemon is for children, it can’t be shit!

Join the boys in the long awaited episode 38. Which will also serve as the final episode for the year! Due to a massively conflicting set of schedules in these times of turmoil, the gang has been separated for a month. Fear not, faithful listeners, as the gang will return with all new episodes in the new year!

On todays yearly finale Dan complains about pokemon…. 15 years after he should have stopped playing. While Stephen remembers far too many details from his original playthrough, including the names of original towns? Also on this weeks episode Adam reminisces about his wedding. Mostly about the tequila. And Steve… takes an antigen test live on air.

About Morning Brew

From the publisher's feed

Morning Brew is a weekly discussion between three longtime friends. Each member brings a topic to the table over a cup of coffee, which tends to derail pretty quickly.
