Many of us get unsolicited calls from people trying to scam us.  These robocalls or spoofing attacks seem to come in waves.  Bonnie and Doug wondered whether there was anything we can do to cut down on these calls.  Bess Ellenson of the

has some great advice, such as not answering your phone, and signing up for 

donotcall.gov

Many people enjoy sushi, but others don't like it or won't even try it.  What about Beefshi?  KFGO Farm and Ranch Director Sarah Heinrich says there's a push to get you to try using beef products like bologna, summer sausage or pastrami to make Beefshi.
