A lot of people are living in a cycle sponsored by the need to be financially stable

This is due to a distraction from embracing a mindset that seeks to be financially stable hence working for money or living for money everyday of our lives

Your job is what you are paid to do, your work of fulfillment is what you are called by God to do

It is what you give yourself to that you reap the rewards and benefit from

Purpose is when you know and understand what you were born to accomplish. 

Vision is when you see it in your mind and begin to imagine it and pursue it

Ecclesiastes 3:1

What really matters in understanding the meaning of life is in first understanding the right questions to ask and then understanding the source of the truth to the answers

In discovering God’s purpose for your life, according to Dr Myles Monroe there are 5 basic questions about life that you must have answers to:

1. WHO AM I which talks about IDENTITY

2. WHERE AM I FROM which talks about HERITAGE AND SOURCE

3. WHY AM I HERE which talks about PURPOSE

4. WHAT CAN I DO which talks about POTENTIAL

5. WHERE AM I GOING which talks about DESTINY

Ecclesiastes 3:1

We see only the challenges we face, from the good, the bad and the ugly, whether it’s with our families, our place of work or our friendships and our sense of worth

Sometimes we don’t see what the other party we’re comparing to had to go through to get to that state of satisfaction in terms of their sacrifice or what they’re currently suffering as a result of what we’re comparing our progress to

When your WHY is known, your WHAT becomes easy

Being contented with what you have and where you are now while embracing an attitude of gratitude and honor for the progress of others

Your happiness is not dependent on a group of people. Your identity is in Christ not in someone’s opinion

What the WORD thinks of you is much more important than what the WORLD thinks of you

Being intentional about what you see and what you hear with how it affects your heart is very important in dealing with the Fear of missing out

2 Timothy 1:7

In F.O.M.O you forget what God tells you to do and you make alternative options that seem better at the time based on what you see and hear

It makes you neglect the process of BECOMING and in turn you begin to crave for an experience that you do not have the capacity to sustain most of the time

Hence it keeps you from enjoying the moment because at that point your mind is fixed on how you can be a duplicate version of someone else lifestyle based on comparison which eventually keeps you disconnected from those who care about you the most

FOMO is the fear of missing out from the experience of something your mindset has accepted and believed to be true

Sometimes the progress of people can act as a source of motivation or a source of disappointment when compared to your progress

There’s a difference between what God has done for us in Christ legally and we experiencing it experientially and the only way to bridge the gap is through knowledge of the truth

2 Timothy 1:7

You can pray and make wrong choices because you choose to be independent in yourself but your wrong choices will always veto your prayer

God answers the request of your heart not the request of your mouth

TRANSFORMATION IS THE SALVATION OF THE SOUL

A refusal to grow up or expose yourself to people or resources that will impact your mindset positively is a decision that both God and Life will respect

Proverbs 23:7

Deciding to make quality and effective choices is important but the kind of choices you choose is much more important as well

It is only what you are aware of that your decisions and choices will be founded upon

THE QUALITY OF YOUR CHOICES AND DECISIONS IS DEPENDENT ON YOUR EXPOSURE AND THE QUALITY OF YOUR MINDSET

It’s one thing to decide to make quality, effective, destiny changing choices as a responsibility but the ability to actualize the choices goes beyond verbal or mental affirmation

The staying power to endure in the face of temptations come from taking conscious decisions

Proverbs 23:7

There is nothing on earth as powerful as the human will.

God gave you the power to either choose to use your will for his will on earth or choose to go against his will even though he was the one that originally gave you the will.

It is the platform or agency through which the kingdom of God is established on earth

The human will is precious because God gave you the same power he possesses but it’s also dangerous because you have the ability too choose against God

Repetition is the channel through which the information in your conscious mind is somewhat downloaded or deposited into your sub-conscious mind either good or bad

Proverbs 23:7

The decision to have strategic destiny relationship involves having relationships that challenge you to become a better version of yourself and provide a leverage for you.

If there are 5 lazy people around you, it was actually 6 you didn’t count well

YOU ONLY ATTRACT WHAT YOU ARE BECOMING

In summary like the word of God says whoever wants a man that has friends must show himself friendly and there’s a friend that sticks closer than a brother
