How do you make the most of a new year a new month, a new week or a new day?

A new year gives us a fresh opportunity to recommit, reorder and realign ourselves. Hence, just because you entered into a new calendar year does not automatically make it a new year for you.

The voice of God is a believers unfair advantage in this world we live in.

Your choice is a reflection of your belief system and your experiences that you have accepted to be true

Consequences are a resultant effect of your choices either good or bad

Your life is a reflection of your choices

Life is reflection of the choices you choose either good or bad

Decisions decide destiny

Deciding not to take a decision is a decision in itself

There are consequences that are attached to every choice and decisions we take

One of the greatest things God gave man was the power to choose

Your integrity is a reflection of how you respond in the face of temptation 

The truth is that knowing WHY you need to embrace a life of Integrity is much more important than knowing HOW.

Temptation does not discriminate hence everyone's integrity will always be tested

Learn to be honest with yourself. 

Do not underestimate the help of the Holy Spirit. He helps our infirmities and weakness

Be intentional about your words and actions. Learn to watch your words

Be accountable to someone you trust. There is no intimacy without transparency

Have a set of values and standards in various areas of your life that you would embrace

You can choose to make decisions before temptations

Proverbs 11:3

Integrity means telling the truth even when it hurts

Integrity means keeping a promise even when it hurts. Avoid impromptu promises and learn to watch your words

Integrity means that you confront problems there and now even when it would be easier to walk away

Integrity means forgiving even when you would rather hold a grudge. Problems never get better when you ignore them

Integrity is what you are in the dark. In other words, who are you when you’re all alone and no one is watching?

The true test of Integrity is Temptation

When you compromise your standards and what you believe you can't be trusted

There is power in standing up for what you believe as a result of your conviction

Many times we don’t realize that people are watching us. They are paying attention to what we do

How often do you change? Are you the same person all the time? Can people trust you to do what you say at all times?

A person who has Integrity does not live on what is popular but on what is principled

Integrity means a commitment to a set of values without compromise. Your values protect you

Integrity is a dedication to a set of standards. It is a self-imposed discipline for the sake of moral conviction

If your Integrity can be questioned then you can't be trusted

Destiny without integrity is like a vision without direction

Integrity implies that your actions and your words are ONE

The Holy Spirit is the only manual to live a life of Integrity

Honesty is the door to Integrity, humility is the key

Integrity also means that your words are not a fraction of their original but the integral of the truth

Learn to focus on what you can control which is the positive things

Depression makes you focus on negative things or interpret the problems as negative

Sometimes when the pressure is high you are the bridge of a breakthrough

Learn to be grateful regardless of the situation you are going through and also yourself time and patience

Once your pain finds a purpose it becomes less painful
