It's Monday on Morning Kickaround and there's a lot of soccer for Robert Kerr and Jason to catch up on.
How whould we treat the USMNT's loss to Turkey? Elsewhere, MLS had a shortened weeekend highlighted by the Vancouver Whitecaps silencing doubters as they overcame illness and international callups to hammer the Sounders 3-0 and USL expansion club Atletico Dallas is in talks to play in the Cotton Bowl.
Also, Westechester SC owner Mich Baruchowitz comes on to talk about why he started a club just outside New York City and how his team is performing both on an off the pitch. Mitch's comments about promotion and relegation lead well into the final segment of the day: where the USL stands on it's plan to align with the global soccer landscappe.

Robert Kerr and Jason Davis start this Wednesday off with a bunch of national team talk. The men and women seem to be heading in seperate directions at the moment with the USMNT fighting injuries and, if you believe Mauricio Pochettino, a lack of dedication. The USWNT, on the other hand, just wrapped up a pair of friendlies where they rolled through China and Jamaica on their way to the 2027 World Cup.
Also, the Chicago Fire are set to build a soccer stadium just outside of downtown. Is the third stadium the charm for the Fire?

It was a big weekend for the MLS vs. Liga MX rivalry as there were a pair of games with big implications. One of them went well for MLS the other... well it didn't. Robert Kerr and Jason Davis have all the details.
Also, several amateur teams are drawing crowds that would make some USL professional teams jealous, the Sounders players have a beef with Club World Cup bonus payments, and the LA Galaxy actually won a game of soccer over the weekend.
Finally, Robert Kerr has a bone to pick with cliches that soccer media overuses.
