Another day, another online order. It's a lifestyle in the USA, continually accumulating stuff. So much vanity. Meanwhile the days pass, one after another. Lord, teach me to value the days because life is short. Let me lay up treasure in heaven!

Sin takes a toll. Not just spiritually but relationally and even physically. Guilt can overcome my thoughts and my spirit. This psalm is a painful description of being overwhelmed by the guilt of sin. But it doesn't end there. David confessed his sin.
