"Little Nicky" was released in November of the year 2000. I was 10 years old. Next year, the world changed forever especially in filmmaking. When watching this film, you see nostalgia of course but most importantly you see culture packed into 90 minutes. PG-13 then is different to PG-13 today. Me and my guest E-Zone (We Don't Smoke the Same Podcast/High & Hungry/Dr. Greenthumb Podcast) dissect "Little Nicky" of the raunchiness of comedy back in the new millenium, how Happy Madison were able to mix genres & character identity with brand on top of brands. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! The "Before Trilogy" is considered one of the greatest trilogies of all in filmmaking next to "The Godfather Trilogy". In the selection of the trilogy, brilliantly directed by Richard Linklater based on his own personal experience, I review "Before Sunset". I explain why it's the "perfect film" especially that one could watch for Valentine's Day. Missed connections are a bitch and this film explores that especially how it handles time and space. There's a couple that do this very well and seamlessly and "Before Sunset" does exactly that and much more.

Considered one of the best dramedy films of 2021 coming into 2022, Joachim Trier's "The Worst Person in the World" takes on relationships in Oslo, Norway in the point of a view of Julie (played by Renate Reinsve who KILLED IT). I discuss this film with my guests E-Zone and XG of the famous We Don't Smoke the Same Podcast. We go in a bit deep in the film, exploring the writing of Trier how he puts Julie's struggles as to what she wants in life. We all also share how it relates to our lives and how something relatable is a powerful thing that Trier achieved.

DJ C-Minus joins me as the first guest to discuss Prince's concert film of his album "Sign '☮︎' the Times" as to why it is one of the best concert films ever made. Prince looked happy in this film that he directed himself and his band-mates weren't shy to expose themselves to the fullest degree. Everyone isn't shy to show us how bad ass of a performance they created in 24 frames per second as well as the story that goes along with it, guided by DJ C-Minus' deep knowledge of Prince especially the time of making this album and film.
