Church. What does it look like to you today? What does it sound like today? And I guess, even I need to ask, are you there? Church…

The information super highway also known as the “web”! Packets of data at our finger tips….the ability to have an answer in seconds simply by typing or speaking. People are looking for answers… let’s point them in the right direction!

Being by ourselves can be a lonely time or, it can be a productive time! How do we look at those times when we feel isolated? Is it a good thing or a troubling time? John was exiled but, was never alone! He had Jesus!

We all have choices. We are independent thinkers. God gave us a personal will to either choose right or wrong. But, we can be swayed - just look at Jesus.

Jealousy, Pride, and Envy. They can get us all in trouble. Wanting what’s not ours or wanting to be someone we are not - we don’t have to stay there. We can run to the altar and ask for help!

Leadership. It’s been said that all things rise or fall with that leadership in place. How we lead in every aspect of life is crucial - parent, teacher, spouse, government. Let’s seek out the Lord and lead His way!

We can remember the things of the past. We can see the things of the present. But, unless we look through the eyes of Jesus, we can’t see the future… He can - trust his vision!

It’s so easy to call out the faults of others but very hard to admit our own. No one wants to look bad in any fashion. But, we must take ownership of who we are and what we’ve done!

All of us have been to a place in life that seemed to have no resolution to the problem(s). We felt we were at the end of our rope! But at the end, there’s opportunity for a new start! Look up!

The life of Jesus is one of great humility; born in a barn, laid in a watering trough, rejected at the inn and now place to lay His head. But one day, He will return in power and glory!
