The 2022 D1 189lb NYS Champ and MOW Kole Mulhauser and 2022 D2 160lb Champ and MOW Carter Baer make an appearance fresh off their titles over the weekend. I've watched these two grow up from 99lb middle-schoolers to some of the best wrestlers in the state and even the country. Having Kole on was long overdue, like Baer he has had a lot of success in HS and getting into all of that might be for another episode. The two friends have been training together for years at the Grainhouse Wrestling Club and were both named M.O.W's after their NYS Titles this past weekend. A true icing on the cake for both wrestlers!! Baer is committed to Binghamton University and Mulhauser to Princeton University.
Zakk and Dylan are back for what was planned as a quick preview. Zakk covered the D1 weights and Dylan the D2 weights. This was the first time the duo has done an episode since last summer, so it was a tad longer. These are by no means our predictions but things you might expect or facts of each weight. I hope you enjoy the episode, and we hope to see everyone in Albany!!
Ever been on the CNYwrestling.com forum and seen an awesome in-depth preview or recap written by fanofitsince98? The man behind the account is Jacob Smith. Jacob has spent 6+ years blogging Class, Sectional and State Tournaments for section 3 wrestling. Jacob came on the show to talk about the recent Section 3 Championships as well as what to expect for the NYS Championships next weekend. We also explain the details behind the team score change which led to Indian River being crowned Section 3 Team Champs 3 days later.

It's been 1 year since dropping our first MorWrestling episode and over 2 months since our last episode posted so I figured I needed to get an anniversary episode out! On this episode we take a look back on some of the guests we've had on including the content we shared. I also do a brief midseason recap for the High School and College seasons.
Cam Catrabone is fresh off his 3rd place finish at Super 32 and just announced his commitment to the University of Michigan.
Cam wrestles for Williamsville North out in Section 6 and is trained by Kellen Devlin and Kyle McGregor over at KD6. Before entering his Sophomore season he is already a 2x NYS place winner and also a NHSCA Freshman National Champ.

Wrestling World, we are 47 awesome episodes deep into MorWrestling Podcast! This episode is for International Podcast Day, 9/30/21. Last year listening to the 12 hour marathon that Jason Bryant put on for International Podcast Day had helped inspire me to start this podcast. The wrestling world is a small one and the connections we can make around the state, country and world can go a long way. This has been a fun 9 months of podcasting so far and I am excited for the future!
After being named the Associate Head Coach at Army West Point, Scott Green is back in NY. The western New York native started his career in Section 6 before attending Binghamton University. Guys like Jon Jones, Art Jones, Troy Nickerson, J.P O'Connor, Kyle Dake, Donnie Vinson to name a few. He spent 11 years at Wyoming Seminary where his teams won 2 national prep titles.
