Most Americans View ICE Shooting as Unjustified, Poll Finds
A new Economist and YouGov poll finds 69% of Americans watched coverage of the Minneapolis ICE shooting and, by a significant margin, say the officer’s actions were not justified. For the first time, more people support abolishing Immigration and Customs Enforcement than oppose it. The poll also found strong concern about masked ICE officers and falling favorability for Vice President J.D. Vance.
