Truj and Brian recount a romantic grocery store date and report on The Greatest Follow Up Ever Received before embarking on a quest to review every breakfast bar that Brian could find at the store. How much sugar is in each bar? How similar to a cookie do we like our bars? Which prominent protein bar brand will probably never sponsor us? Truj tries to launch an ASMR channel. Brian strongly disapproves. 

Truj's sister Ashley joins the show for a lively discussion of chia seeds! After some follow up about milk and cereal, the two Trujes bully Brian into trying chia pudding, blend up some monstrous beverages, and create an unprecedented What'd You Have For Dinner? segment. Truj wants to eat fart food. Brian meows. Ashley has an MFA. 

James Thomson, the creator of PCalc, joins Truj and Brian to talk about the Full Scottish Breakfast! Of course, they are immediately sidetracked by sobering facts about the death of the banana, #TeamCrunchy versus #TeamSoggy, cannibalism thought experiments, and black pudding. Brian read all the Twilight books. Truj interrupts Overwatch. James couldn’t leave the table. 

Truj and Brian made breakfast smash burgers! They were made of sausage, tasted delicious, and raised some interesting points about the nature of breakfast sandwiches.
