Motel Hell

The first episode of the Bearded Dick's Musical Fun Time of 2022. To star the year off right Dick Fetti reviews Birmingham Techno legend Regis's first album, "Gymnastics", Tresor compilation "Dreamy Harbor" and a techno/d'n'b crossover EP by Carrier (Positive Centre and Overlook). Then the Beardo gives his thoughts on the remaster of Control, out now on PS5.

After a year of delays Dick Fetti and Ben the Beardo are proud to present their interview with Mika T. aka Unclean. Hailing from Oulu, Unclean has been delivering filth for over a decade in the fine tradition of Finnish power electronics.

The boys are back and this time with updates on previously covered unsolved murders. Specifically, Dick Fetti delivers some new facts and clarity regarding the murder of Ebby Steppach, the Dupont de Ligonnès family murders and Toyah Cordingley. Check out episodes #24, #41 and #52 for additional information. And to kick things off right the boys review the new-ish 4K re-release of Daria Argento's 1977 classic "Suspiria".

Part two of our discussion on the Hellraiser film franchise. This episode we cover "Hellraiser: Bloodline" through "Hellraiser: Judgment". It's all downhill from here...

Part one in a two part discussion between Dick Fetti and Ben the Beardo about the entire Hellraiser film series. This episode covers: "Hellraiser: Revelations"; "Hellraiser"; "Hellbound: Hellraiser II"; and "Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth". "Just in time" for spooky season when we recorded, this upload was a bit delayed :P

This episode Dick Fetti and Ben the Beardo discuss the legendary J-horror film "Pulse" by Kiyoshi Kurosawa (2001) and it's legendarily bad American remake, creatively titled "Pulse" (2006). The boys' pain becomes your pain.

Four months since our last episode and a month since it was recorded, here's the Motel Hell wrap-up of 2020. Don't worry, the pandemic is ignored in favor in-depth discussion of the Halloween, Resident Evil and Twin Peaks franchises. Plus a review of Kiyoshi Kurosawa's "Cure".

In this final installment of "The Best Records of the Decade" Dick Fetti recommends drum & bass albums, hard trance singles and a lot of noisy racket. Come and take a listen!
