Mother and Daughter Serial Killers - Winters and Frost
News of the Times Episode 385 | 1889
It is 1889 Deptford London and Mr Winters has discovered a slew of insurance policies in the house with one of them with his name on it.  He also finds insurance policies related to now deceased family members, including his own sister.

The insurance payouts are set to go to his wife and his daughter.

What unfolds is a plan to kill over 20 people for insurance financial gain.  Five have already died, with one attempted murder, but the girl recovered.  No one in the family was safe.

We take a look at the mother and daughter serial killer team – Winters and Frost – in today’s episode from 1889 London.
