Learning to love yourself through a hard time is so difficult. This episode I talk about the things that have helped me to learn to love myself through the times I feel the least lovable.
This week I discuss feeling in a rut and how I have been working to get out of the funk I have been in. I talk about some methods I have used to help dig my way out of the hole of depression and more present.
