This week let's talk about your own personal style, how you parent and  who you are as an individual.  Let's discuss hard thoughts and how to get through it. Embrace who you are and love yourself. 

This week I dive into what has been going on with me and what has been happening in my life. I open up about my daughter being diagnosed with something too familiar to me and how I am coping with my life. This episode is raw and was really hard to open up about. 

This week I discuss mental health and including different "vibes" in your life. I talk about not isolating those that already tend to isolate themselves. All vibes are welcome. Look for blog post discussing this a little more

Learning to love yourself through a hard time is so difficult. This episode I talk about the things that have helped me to learn to love myself through the times I feel the least lovable. 

This week I discuss feeling in a rut and how I have been working to get out of the funk I have been in. I talk about some methods I have used to help dig my way out of the hole of depression and more present. 

This episode discusses treating everyone with love. You never know what anyone else is going through. Teaching our kids to treat every child with kindness is important. Let us embrace the differences between us and stop allowing it to pass judgment on others.
