So happy to be back with our All Heart Community. To bring us back on home, I invited our producer from behind the scenes to get on the mic and share her incredibly graceful perspectives on motherhood. Debbie Allen is a mother of 3 and an incredible Black Midwife serving the greater Los Angeles area.

There is so much happening in the world right now that I felt it was important to begin this new season with talking about what we are all craving right now: some real, heartfelt mothering.  

Mamas, I see you. This global pandemic has given us all special challenges and rewards. We want to encourage you to extend some grace to yourself in this time and know that you are doing it all right.
