Each one of the four was all practiced by Donald Dinnie himself and after much research, Stevie and his team have installed and will introduce them to everyone in competition and in attendance at this year's event!

Once you have listened and learned from what's on the docket at the 2019 Gathering in the paragraph above wait to you hear what Stevie has been working on to accomplish. As we spoke on M&M this past Friday Night the next Morning being Saturday Stevie was going to recreate something his Father Jack Shanks did  46 years ago. and that was to lift two cars. He was successful with the 2 car lift as we knew Stevie would be but just the idea to want something that bad and the amount of Love and Respect he has for his Father Jack is absolutely Breathtaking! One thing Stevie really hits upon for this car lift was how valuable the Trap Bar was to him to reach his goal here. When you see the picture of Stevie lifting the 2 cars you'll understand why!

We've really hit upon some huge topic here on M&M today but bear witness that without today's Topic of The Driving Element none of these or your goals are possible. What Drives You? You should be asking yourself that question every day! When the answers start showing up and they will write them down, expand upon them and act upon them! When you can see and feel within yourself the ability you have and the deep beliefs you must possess there is nothing or nobody who will ever stop you from your goals! As Micky Would tell Rocky! I'll Think About it-Eric Fiorillo, The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Gary Clarke to the Podcast. Gary is a World Strongest Disabled Man Athlete, Powerlifter, Inspirational Speaker and WSDMA contest organizer.

Once again here at M&M, we have YET another inspirational thought Provoking Podcast with Disabled Strongman Gary Clarke. We're going to teach you through our own experiences and actions a truly thought out Decision will take you anywhere you want to go with your life goals!

The first line of business though was Gary giving us an update on Britians Disabled Strongman Contest in which he competed and Gary giving us an update on the presence and participation of organizer and event helper WSM Champion Magnus ver Magnusson. Our own Stone Strong Charlie Blair Oliphant was there to help these fine athletes also. As Gary expressed with delight to the M&M Family the event went very smooth with more and more Disabled athletes getting involved in actual competition. Lots of new growth!

Something that has always twisted my tail is the lack of Decision making by so many people. Most people can give you a thousand reasons why they can't rather than make one Decision why they can! If Eric and Gary thought this way neither one of us would have achieved anything. Sometimes you just have to roll with that Gut Reaction or feeling. Its also referred to as the inner voice which we should always listen to no matter what. Make the Decision and run with it. As you go along with your plan things on their own will lay themselves out. The main thing that I hope you gather from this podcast is to have the ability to act fast and be very slow to change that decision if you truly are fixated on your goal.

Eric and Gary spell it out and call you out to stop the overthinking and the excuses and get out there and take the failures, the hard knocks, and the discouragement and strike back like a rattlesnake. Make everything you do count and stand for something! This is the only way you can become a WINNER, a Champion, and an Unstoppable Human Being! No more excuses! Mowing, Growing and Aminos-Eric Fiorillo, The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Himself to another Great Solo Performance Podcast? Strength, Emotion, Work Ethic, Champion and Winner Sum Me Up Today and Every Day! Do I have an inspiring Podcast for you today as in every day when we all meet and learn from one another? Today's Podcast centers around taking care of your property and make it always look as presentable as you can! I call that Pride meaning by definition what is important to you? Today was much more than just mowing the lawn. It was border trimming my lawn neatly and ridding any weeds or grass which the lawn mower couldn't trim. It was also trimming hedges and of course, cleaning the sidewalk or anywhere else grass could accumulate! The big twist in today's work was combining the Good Morning exercise right alongside the hand thigh deadlift using the Apollon Axle. On this beautiful blue sky sunny Sunday, I would run over and do a set of ten reps on each movement with 5 deep breaths in between each rep. This along with the good old fashioned manual labor really had me in a state of where I can do anything frame of mind! Along with the exercises I did I was bombing down a handful of ten amino acids in between everything! Why? It was a big motivator and another way I applied to my success here in the FBC Steel and Stone Yard for the day! The whole point of this exercise was to make not only the manual labor fun and more exciting but to get in a few reps of some superior growth lifts! They weren't heavy by any means but as I like to say it I was worked from head to toe with everything I did for the day. Another big plus was the 30 Amino Acids I hammered down for some more muscle growth! So the next time your planning a day with manual labor throw in a few Good Mornings, Hand Thigh Deadlifts and a handful of Amino Acids for Growth! What a Super Successful Day I had! What about you? Carmen is a USA Marine Veteran, a Retired School Teacher and a Champion Weightlifter for 59 years. It's my pleasure to welcome Joe Caputo to the Motivation and Muscle Family and introduce Carmen Son to our listening audience! Joe was born and raised in Oklahoma. At 32, I've been lifting weights now for 20 years thanks to my parents' input and support. I have an MA in Eastern Classics, and currently, work for a local community college as an administrative assistant. Well, today is your day everyone! Eric Fiorillo The Host of The Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes Jason Gillen to the Broadcast. Jason is a Strongman, Powerlifter, and a Highland Games Athlete. Todays Podcast is a three-way conversation between Don, Jason, and Eric with the Title of this special podcast namely Training Versatility! Today we are going to explore the various roles The Adex Club and Maces have in the life of a competitive Weightlifter-Strongman. So I start our conversation right out of the gate and the first of many questions to Jason was the Why? Jason responded without any hesitation the word Mobility. He initially discovered the Adex Mace through the guidance of Rick Brown. From that point on he corresponded with Don which eventually led into his wife buying him one. But the greatest parallel of the why with Jason was the movie Conan the Barbarian. Jason wanted all the big muscles but he also wanted to smoothly be able to have the mobility to swing the sword as Arnold did in the movie! From Jason's description of what he is doing presently with the Adex lineup and the movements, he is using to accomplish his short range and long range goals we then go on to discuss with Don the inventor of the Adex Line how he would instruct someone new to his products for the first time. Don would either make a video to help the student with their training if he didn't already have one on his Adex YouTube Channel. Don starts everyone off with his Base Exercises which eventually evolve into the Secondary and then the Complex. We talk about the importance of warm-ups to eventually move into your Power Movements for the day. The problems with warm-ups are that most athletes just do to many exercises for that purpose. This does nothing but wears you down so you're not really fresh for the main heavy training for the day! Jason talks about warming-u with as little as three sets of 10 reps with a club or mace and you're ready to explode. We finish this high knowledge-based Podcast off Titled Training Versatility with some big key points. First off Don tells everyone in the M&M Family that he now wakes up every morning feeling very spry and mobile. He also sleeps soundly through the night which makes all the difference on how you'll approach the next day! Secondly, Don talks about how he felt when he had the shoulder injury and how he felt incomplete as a Man. He still had the Heart to win but no longer the tools to achieve it.
