This episode covers exactly what the title states. The causes & effects of overthinking... If it could be diagnosed, I'd be a severe overthinker. However as of lately, I've realized how much overthinking has hindered me and my goals in Life. I know I am not the only one. So I wanted to dig a little deeper to the root(s) of the problem & here's what I found. I hope you all enjoy this motivation conversation xo.
We are BACK! On this episode, I speak on something I deemed "grief residue". Which is basically the aftermath of all that's left when experiencing grief. Some of these in which I am not so proud of and some of which are actually empowering. Grab some wine & enjoy this motivating conversation.
As y'all may have realized by now, I have been away from my podcast for a few months. However, I'm BACK! & Of course, always with a life lesson. On this episode, I discuss what's been getting my attention lately & the lessons that have come with it ALL. This journey of Self Love is a marathon, not a race; and Life has been constantly reminding me of that. Grab your wine & get ready to tune into this Motivation Conversation with Hope Hill........
If it's one thing I am going to do - it's sharing anything I find to be helpful. This episode, I discuss the 9 Steps to Become more Disciplined founded on an article via Forbes website. This is something that I am personally working towards as well so I'd thought to share with you too how to become more disciplined. I will also share the link to the original article as well. Enjoy this Motivating Conversation!

Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression & Acceptance.
These are the five stages of grief. In no particular order. That’s not to be confused- there are many things to grieve in this life. Not only the passing of a loved one, but of relationships, jobs, beliefs etc.
I wanted to tell my personal story with these stages and my grieving process with the passing of my Father and who I use to be.
I know every episode I’ve put out since has surrounded this however there’s many different stages & I wanted to talk about it all. With that being said- this episode will be the last episode that I talk about this.
It was necessary for me to get out all the different emotions and rollercoasters so that someone else may listen and know they’re not alone.
Even if you’re not grieving right now, unfortunately there will come a time in your Life when you will. Nothing can prepare you but hearing other people’s stories will remind you, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Lastly, RIP Ian Geoffrey Hill.
Happy New Year Y’all !!!
I had to take a few steps back at the near end of last year to truly assess where I was mentally and emotionally.
This Episode is just about that- one of the biggest realizations I had was how wrong I was going about things.
I titled this episode “Serenity” because that’s how I closed out my year.
Calm and with a peace of mind.
How?
I have learned the true freedom in accepting the things that I can’t control and not trying to go back to change them.
But, moving forward having learned from the lesson (s) and keeping my fathers legacy alive.
Episode 17- SERENITY out now
YERRRRR! We're BACK! On this episode I speak about where I've been mentally and emotionally these past few months. Everyone knows just how much I love to inspire but honestly, I felt like I had nothing to motivate anyone with. Then I realized, it's how we decide we want our story to go, if we want to continue to feel like a victim of Life or if we want to make things happen in the midst of our emotions. So, I decided to begin to pick my pieces while the emotions are still there, and YOU can too.
How do you aspire to inspire when you've lost your inspiration?.... You keep going until you get it back! That's the succinct of this episode...I didn't title this because well, I wasn't even sure I was going to share it but if I don't believe in my voice again, who will?
I recorded this episode a little while back & was honestly hesitant to drop it. (Smh). However, I've listened to it a few times and can somehow still relate to the things I talked about here. So I'm sure someone else might be able to as well..
2020 was a rough year and left us with many lessons however, they're just that. Lessons. For us to learn from and not become them. Sometimes the circumstances in our lives make us forget who it is that we already know we are. Well, I'm here to tell you to REMEMBER TO REMEMBER! Yes 2021 is a NEW year for great opportunities but we can renew that everyday for ourselves!
I hope you enjoy & share! Happy New Year!!!
