In this episode we open up and talk freely about motivation, our own motivational struggles and how we have tried to handle them.

Pontus talks about his difficulties with motivation over the last five years and how he during his toughest period wanted to be in a car accident just to get a break from everything. Chris talks about how he moved to Sweden to play floorball, only to have his dreams stopped by Covid -19 and being isolated for about a year with next to no practice in a foreign country.

We share our methods for getting through the motivational lows and share some examples and tips from colleagues in the business. We believe that a lot of people can recognize themselves in our examples and we hope that we can help our listeners get through their own loss of motivation.
