If you were going to climb a mountain tomorrow - how would you prepare?
You might:
- gather your snacks, water bottle, shoes, etc.
- pack them in a bag and place it at the front door.
- tidy up your house to make sure you aren't stressed about that in the morning
- write yourself a "don't forget" list that you can check off before you drive away in the morning
- set an alarm
- go to bed early
Think of each day as having a mountain of its own and what do you need to do to prepare.
