  • If Inflammation Is Aging You, Try This Daily Shot | Dr. Mandell

Most people think aging is what makes their joints stiff, their body achy, and their circulation slower. What rarely gets explained is that chronic, low-grade inflammation is often the real driver behind how fast the body breaks down. Inflammation does not just cause pain. It stiffens blood vessels, irritates connective tissue, and reduces tissue flexibility over time, which is why joint discomfort and circulation issues often show up together.

In this video, I explain how calming inflammation consistently can support long-term mobility and healthy circulation, and I share a simple, food-based daily shot that many people tolerate well when used correctly.

    Daily Inflammation-Calming Shot Instructions:
Take 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and add a pinch of turmeric powder. Start with a pinch. If your body tolerates it well, you may slowly work your way up to about ¼ teaspoon. This is not meant to be a high dose or a replacement for medication. It is a daily physiological signal.

    Best Time to Take It:
The best time to take this shot is in the morning with or right before your first meal. Taking it with food helps reduce stomach irritation and improves absorption, especially since turmeric is fat-soluble and olive oil supports its uptake. If you do not eat breakfast, take it with your first meal of the day.

Extra virgin olive oil contains polyphenols that support healthy endothelial function, helping blood vessels remain flexible and responsive. Turmeric helps calm inflammatory signaling pathways that contribute to joint stiffness and tissue irritation. Used consistently, this approach focuses on lowering the daily inflammatory load rather than chasing quick fixes.

⚠️ Important Note: If you are on blood thinners, have gallbladder issues, or a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using turmeric regularly.

Consistency matters. Aging does not have to mean breaking down. When inflammation is managed properly, the body often functions better, moves better, and feels better over time.

  • If Someone Looks At You Like This, Listen Closely | Dr. Mandell

If someone looks at you like you don’t exist, no words, no acknowledgment, no eye contact, it can stay with you far longer than the moment itself. In this video, I speak honestly about that silent look, what it really means, and why it has nothing to do with your worth. Too many people mistake arrogance for confidence and emotional coldness for strength. This message is about recognizing the difference, understanding where that behavior truly comes from, and taking your power back instead of internalizing someone else’s insecurity. If you have ever felt dismissed, overlooked, or made to feel small without a single word being spoken, this is for you. Watch closely, reflect honestly, and if this resonates, share it with someone who needs to hear it.

  • If You Have Ringing in Your Ears, Do These While You Watch | Dr. Mandell

If you hear ringing, buzzing, humming, or high-pitched sounds in your ears, this video walks you through simple things you can do while you watch that may help turn the volume down. Tinnitus is not always just an ear issue. For many people, it is influenced by the nervous system, muscle tension in the jaw and neck, posture, circulation, stress hormones, and how the brain filters sensory input.

In this video, I guide you through gentle tests and techniques that help you understand whether your tinnitus is being affected by somatic input, meaning signals coming from the body into the brainstem. You will learn why jaw tension, neck position, stress, and breathing patterns can influence tinnitus intensity, and why small changes matter. We also discuss the role of the nervous system, blood flow, stress response, and why tinnitus often feels louder at night or during periods of anxiety and fatigue.

This video is educational and interactive. The goal is to help you better understand what may be amplifying the sound and show you how calming the system can often reduce intensity over time. If you notice even a slight change, that is important, because it means your system is responsive and adaptable.

As always, consistency matters. Supporting your nervous system, posture, breathing, sleep, and overall health can make a real difference for many people dealing with ringing in the ears.
