Burning, stabbing pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness in the hands and feet are common signs of nerve irritation or neuropathy. These symptoms often come from inflammation, high blood sugar, vitamin deficiencies, toxins, or damage to the protective myelin sheath around your nerves.
The good news is nerves can respond to the right nutritional support. In this video, Dr. Mandell explains the key nutrients and natural compounds that help calm nerve inflammation, support nerve repair, improve blood sugar control, and protect the myelin sheath.
You’ll learn about
• Turmeric and curcumin for nerve inflammation
• B vitamins for nerve function and repair
• Omega 3 fatty acids for nerve regeneration
• Vitamin D and myelin support
• Alpha lipoic acid for diabetic nerve pain
• Magnesium for nerve calming and muscle relaxation
These are science-backed ways to support nerve health naturally.

What if something as simple as placing a tiny amount of a natural mineral under your tongue could help your body find better balance in under a minute. The area under the tongue is one of the fastest absorption pathways in the body, rich in capillaries that allow certain substances to enter circulation quickly without going through digestion first. This is the same pathway used for sublingual B12 and emergency heart medications.
In this video, Dr. Mandell explains how a micro amount of Himalayan salt under the tongue may act as a fast sensory signal to the nervous system. This is not about supplementing minerals or treating a deficiency. It is about gently stimulating the body’s regulatory systems that influence breathing patterns, muscle tension, digestion, and overall physiological balance.
Many people report feeling subtle shifts such as relaxed jaw muscles, easier breathing, reduced tension, or fewer cravings within seconds. These sensations may reflect changes in autonomic nervous system tone, especially the parasympathetic system, which supports rest, recovery, and internal balance.
This simple technique is quick, accessible, and easy to try. It is not a treatment or medical therapy, but a way to better understand how responsive your body can be to small inputs. Try it mindfully and notice how your body responds.
Always consult your healthcare professional if you are on sodium restrictions or have medical conditions.

If you hear ringing, buzzing, hissing, or roaring in your ears and no one else hears it, you are not imagining it. Tinnitus is often linked to stress chemistry in the brain, glutamate overactivity, inner ear dysfunction, inflammation, and neural overstimulation.
When stress rises, glutamate, an excitatory neurotransmitter, increases in the auditory cortex. At the same time, calming inhibitory neurotransmitters like GABA may decrease. This imbalance can amplify auditory signaling and make the brain “turn up the volume,” which many experts believe contributes to the perception of tinnitus.
Taurine is an amino acid shown to support GABA activity, reduce oxidative stress, modulate glutamate signaling, and provide neuroprotective effects within the auditory system. While not a cure, it may help calm neural overstimulation and support auditory health when used appropriately.
In this video, I also demonstrate simple neurological stimulation techniques and lifestyle strategies that may help reduce symptom intensity naturally.
Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are taking medications.

Epidural injections is a big business for many doctors. Injections take no more than 10 minutes to carry on the procedure and the expense can be up to $2000.00. Many doctors recommend this too early before a complete physical therapy program is completed. There are many dangers...Infection, paralysis, stroke and death are just a few. Be careful when it comes to your health and seek other opinions before you take this risk.

If your foot rolls inward, your arch is collapsing and that changes everything above it. Excessive pronation can rotate the tibia inward, drive the knee into valgus, alter hip mechanics, and increase stress on the plantar fascia. Over time this may contribute to plantar fasciitis, bunions, tendon strain, knee pain, and lower back discomfort.
In this video, I show you three simple progressive exercises to strengthen the intrinsic foot muscles, activate the posterior tibialis, and rebuild your medial arch naturally without relying on orthotics. You will learn how to lift the arch correctly, integrate it into movement, and train the muscles that prevent collapse during walking.
Control it sitting. Strengthen it standing. Integrate it through motion. Build a stronger foundation from the ground up.

There are many bursae throughout the body. The bursa is a fibrous sac between certain tendons and the bones beneath them. It is lined with a synovial membrane that secretes synovial fluid, the bursa acts as a small cushion that allows the tendon to move over the bone as it contracts and relaxes
