Soul Ties (Poem)

The soul is a deep part of us

That can carry the spirit of not only one’s self,

but others as well.

I gave you a strong connection through

The eye contact and exchanging of sweat;

With no regards in the moment

as to how far we’ll take it

just enjoyed over and over.

Not much thought put into it, all feeling;

Just two people enjoying each other’s body

Whether there’s threads attached or not,

We can say we experienced it.

Carried for the next person to have,

Spreading an endless cycle of souls intertwined w/ one another…

An inexplicable feeling.

Knotted up.
