It's been a wild ride but I've come to the conclusion that this was a necessary learning experience in my career and this employer did me a favor. I would have continued to delay starting my podcast, going back to school to learn a new skill and changing my career. This isn't the end of an opportunity it's the beginning of one!
If you are trying to figure things out after losing a job, i'm sorry, I know it's really tough! Be kind to yourself and trust the process. This happened for a reason and that reason will reveal itself in due time (it took several months to find my new purpose so again, have patiences). Lean on your support system and don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone when looking for new jobs!
