Whenever we hold back our “yes” from God, whatever the reason, we’re missing out on the incredible things he wants to do in us and through us. Jennifer Hand, author of My Yes Is on the Table: Moving from Fear to Faith joins the team to help us move forward! First Jennifer was NOT one of the cool kids growing up. But that didn’t matter to Jesus! Then, Jennifer had her whole life mapped out and Jesus interrupted (!) her plan. Next, fear of rejection was keeping Jen from saying “yes.”

Then, what to do if fear is holding back your “yes.” Next, if you’re afraid, admit it, bring your fears to Jesus and then remember how he’s come through in the past. Then, on top of Mt. Nebo overlooking Israel Jen cried out, “Jesus, I don’t want to miss your best because of fear and disobedience!” Next, the Lord won’t stay inside the little boxes we try to put him in—Jen found that out on the back of an elephant.
