Move Her Mind Event Series with ASICS | Ep 7 | Asia Rawls

Listen Later

The 7th stop of the Move Her Mind Event Series landed us in Grand Rapids! We sat down with Asia Rawls, ASICS Ambassador and member of WeRUN313. A Division 1 NCAA qualifier and record holder from Eastern Michigan University, Asia has always championed the profound impact of running on both body and mind. She furthered her education at the University of Detroit Mercy, earning an MBA and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems, while also serving as a coach.

Currently, Asia is a community leader and the owner and founder of Machine Athletics, LLC, where she offers expertise in sprints, strength, speed, and long distance. We hear all about how Asia got her start in running and how it’s evolved through all the stages of life.

We’ve got several more stops, so join us at a city near you and bonus points if you bring a friend who needs your support & encouragement to start a movement habit. And if you’re not able to attend in person, we’ll be sharing all of these conversations on Fuel for the Sole.
