In this week’s episode, John and Urmi talk to Matt Young, Founder, President and CEO of Republic a Greater Toronto Area home building company and founder of the CantWin, the Coalition Against New Home Taxes, a campaign to urge governments to reduce the fees and taxes charged to builders. 

Matt explains why he feels that of all costs facing buildings reducing taxes is the easiest way to make homes more affordable at a time when demand has really fallen for new housing.
