Coach Mike Ditka played college football at Pitt and was drafted fifth overall by the Chicago Bears in the 1961 draft. That year he was named UPI NFL Rookie of the Year as a player. He was a five-time Pro Bowl selection and a six-time All-Pro tight end. He played for the Chicago bears, Philadelphia, and the Dallas Cowboys.

Coach Ditka had the honor of being the first tight end inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1988, post his NFL playing career. He started coaching with the Dallas Cowboys and has also served as the head coach of the Chicago Bears as well as head coach for the New Orleans Saints. He is also a three time Super Bowl champ and is only one of two people who have won Super Bowls as a player, assistant and a head coach.

Coach Rod Milstead is currently the head coach of the Delaware State Hornets football program. He was one of the most decorated players in the history of Delaware State University. He was appointed to the head coaching position in January of 2018.

Coach Milstead spent eight years playing in the NFL. He was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the fifth round of the 1992 NFL draft. He played for the Cleveland Browns and the 49ers, where he won a super bowl with the formerly named Washington Redskins.

Aaron Kromer shares the importance of communication when teaching and mentoring your team. Most recently, Aaron was the run game coordinator and the offensive line coach for the LA Rams. Aaron also served as the interim head coach for the New orleans Saints and was a member of the Saint's coaching staff when the Saints won Super Bowl XLIV.

Throughout his college coaching career, Coach Brennan has coached at several programs including Cal Poly, being a position coach at San Jose State and Oregon State, and then returned to San Jose State University as the head coach in 2017.
