Rico Bussey Jr. is a wide receiver who most recently played college football at the University of Hawaii in 2020. With this past year's shortened season, Rico had 31 receptions for 274 yard and a touchdown, also helping Hawaii win the New Mexico Bowl. Prior to this season, Rico spent his college football career playing at the University of North Texas where he is 4th in program history in career 100-yard games and he is also tied for 4th in career receiving touchdowns with 21, and ranks 9th in school history in career receiving yards with 1,947 yards.

Jaelin Fisher is an offensive lineman who played college football at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During his time with the Charlotte 49ers, Jaelin was a three-year starting center and he became the first center to play in the school’s first ever Bowl game, the 2019 Bahamas Bowl. In 2020, Jaelin started all 5 of the team's games and was on the Outland Trophy Preseason watchlist. Jaelin also anchored an offensive line that led Conference USA and ranked 30th in the nation in rushing with a school FBS record 203.0 yards per game.

Adrian Hardy is a wide receiver who played college football at Louisiana Tech University where he played in 7 games in 2020, before declaring for the 2021 NFL Draft, where he had 33 receptions for 440 yards and 4 touchdowns. In 2018, Adrian led the team with 75 receptions for 1,145 yards 6 touchdowns. During Adrian’s college football career, he was named All-Conference USA Honorable Mention (2019), Second Team All-Conference USA (2018), First Team All-Louisiana (2018), and made the C-USA Commissioner's Honor Roll (2017).

Tavante Beckett is a college linebacker who committed to play at Virginia Tech before eventually transferring to Marshall University where he has won numerous accolades, including the 2020 C-USA Defensive Player of the Year Award. Tavante also was honored after the 2019 season as Marshall’s Defensive MVP, an award he shared with fellow linebacker Omari Cobb.

Cameron Kinley is a cornerback who played college at the United States Naval Academy. During Cameron's football career as a Midshipmen, he started in 23 games including seven in 2020, finishing with 87 career tackles, 3.5 tackles for a loss, three sacks, one interception, one forced fumble, and 12 pass breakups. Off the field, Cameron serves as a leader as the Naval Academy Class President for the Class of 2021.

Daniel Crawford is a tight end who played college football at Northern Illinois University. During 2020 season, Daniel played in 6 games and posted 21 receptions for 183 yards and 1 touchdown. In 2019, Daniel was ranked second on the team with 37 receptions and third with 443 receiving yards. Daniel graduated from NIU in 2019 with his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Computer Science with a Business Enterprise emphasis and also obtained master’s degree in Digital Marketing from NIU in 2020.

Antjuan Simmons currently ranks third in the Big Ten with 75 tackles and he led the Spartans with nine tackles for a loss (TFLs). During MSU’s 7-game season in 2020 Antjuan also had a sack, two fumble recoveries, two pass breakups, and two QB hurries. Antjuan also earned second-team All-Big Ten by the media team and third-team All-Big Ten by the Big Ten coaches.

Elijah Molden is a cornerback who played college football at the University of Washington, where he played for four seasons (in 42 games), finishing his career with 153 tackles and 5 interceptions. For the 2020 season, Elijah was named a second-team All-American by Pro Football Focus, which also named him Pac-12 Player of the Year. In 2019, Elijah was named the Las Vegas Bowl Most Valuable Player (MVP).

Today Isaiah Wright returns as a guest after his Path to the Draft episode during Season 1 to share what life has looked like getting picked up as an undrafted free agent in the NFL and what his path has been like during the pandemic and how he stayed focused on new opportunities. Isaiah Wright is currently a wide receiver for the Washington Football Team. Isaiah was signed as an undrafted free agent in April 2020 and quickly established himself as an important part of Washington’s growing offense during the 2020 NFL season. Prior to the NFL, Isaiah played college football at Temple University, where during his college career he had been named Special Teams Player of the Year and a Sporting News First Team All-American special teamer.

Today Howard Shatsky discusses the opportunities available within the sports industry and the key things to consider before choosing a sports-related career. Howard Shatsky is a graduate of Tulane's A.B. Freeman School of Business and the Washington College of Law at American University. He started his career in the sports industry working for the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) and has been representing NFL players since 1989. Over the course of his career, Howard has worked with such notable NFL players such as Michael Strahan and Brian Westbrook. He has also represented other great players, coaches, and media personalities. Previously, Howard also served as an adjunct professor at Washington College of Law where he taught Sports Law.
