Coach Lori "Lo" Locust is currently in her second season as the Assistant Defensive Line Coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Last season, the Bucs ended up having the top-rated run defense in the NFL, allowing only 73.8 rushing yards per game and an average of 3.26 yards per rush. Prior to coaching with the Bucs, Coach Lo worked as the assistant defensive line coach for the Birmingham Iron of the Alliance of American Football (AAF) during their inaugural season and she was a defensive line coaching intern for the Baltimore Ravens in 2018. Coach Lo has held several other coaching jobs and prior to coaching she played women's semi-professional football for four years. Coach Lo is also a mom to two sons, Alex and Bryce.

Bridget went to the University of Oregon where she was an Oregon Cheerleader for four seasons during the Oregon Football Reign and Game Captain during her senior year. Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Florida A&M University and she serves as the FAMU School of Journalism & Graphic Communication Board of Visitors co-chair.

Amy has counseled numerous student-athletes and their families about various issues unique to student-athletes, such as balancing the demands of school and sports, the NCAA college recruitment process, and general academic support concerns. Amy has also served as the Vice-President of the Hardy Nickerson Foundation, a nonprofit foundation that provides educational programs for disadvantaged youths, she has hosted her own weekly sports radio talk show, and she has also owned and managed a real estate firm servicing professional athletes and entertainers. Amy also published her book, How Do You See Us?, in 2019 and it is available on Amazon and Audible.
