Mark Sibla is an INDYCAR senior executive who was named Senior Vice President of Competition and Operations in February of 2025, expanding on his previous roles after serving as Chief of Staff for six seasons and, more recently, Vice President in 2024. Mark has worked in motorsports for two decades and joined INDYCAR in 2008 as the Director of Client Services in 2011. He was then promoted to Vice President of Partner Strategy and helped oversee the sales efforts of INDYCAR and Indianapolis Motor Speedway from 2012-16. In this new role, Mark leads INDCYAR efforts around general operations, strategic initiatives and business affairs.

About Nolan:
Nolan Siegel is an emerging talent behind the wheel of the No. 6 Arrow McLaren Chevrolet. In June 2024, Nolan won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMP2 class with United Autosports before shortly thereafter making the jump to full-time INDYCAR competition with Arrow McLaren as the youngest driver on the grid. In 2023, he was awarded the INDY NXT Rookie of the Year after earning two wins and five podiums en route to a third-place finish in the standings. Then in early 2024, he kicked off his sophomore INDY NXT season with a win at St. Petersburg and proceeded to finish within the top-five in four of his five starts. Nolan is also a race winner in the IMSA SportsCar Championship and the Asian Le Mans Series. Away from the racetrack, Nolan enjoys playing guitar, sailing and making progress toward acquiring his private pilot’s license.

About Jon:
After graduating from the University of Texas, El Paso, Jon Dorenbos played in the NFL for 14 seasons, 12 of those seasons with the Super Bowl LIX Champion Philadelphia Eagles, where he was twice recognized as a Pro Bowler and earned a Super Bowl Ring. During his 14 years in the NFL, and since the age of 12, Jon was also honing his skills as a world-class magician. He officially unveiled his talent and passion on Season 11 of America’s Got Talent, where he was an AGT finalist, and as a result he became a regular on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and many others. Jon is the author of the book, Life is Magic, which is being made into a movie by acclaimed producer, Mike Tollin, with the script written by an Academy Award nominated screen writer.

Guenther Steiner is a motorsport professional with a long, successful career as a team manager. He was the co-founder and former Team Principal of the Haas Formula One Team, and the previous managing director of Jaguar Racing and technical operations director of its subsequent incarnation, Red Bull Racing. In 2014, Guenther persuaded Gene Haas, owner of Haas Automation and NASCAR championship winning team Stewart-Haas Racing, to enter Formula 1. With their entry in the 2016 season, Haas became the first American constructor to compete in F1 in 30 years. Steiner is also a prominent figure in the cast of the successful Netflix series Drive to Survive. His book, Surviving to Drive, was published in 2023 and became an instant Sunday Times bestseller. His latest book, Unfiltered, released in October 2024.
