This week I sit down with High School Sophomore Lizzy Syznal, who recently represented her school at the state finals in Cross Country. Lizzy is a well-rounded student athlete with many interests besides running, and has such a bright future! This year she cut her PR by just over two minutes which catapulted her to the state finals. She is a fierce competitor and has bigger goals for the next two years! Lizzy trains, runs, sprints and moves the beans!

With over 30 years experience in the fitness industry, episode 14 guess Michelle Schumaker share some practical have it’s about getting and staying in shape. Michelle has a no nonsense approach but is intentional and thoughtful when designing the class. She has many areas of discipline to keep things interesting for all levels!
