It isn’t helpful to waste time regretting the past. The past is unchangeable and is its own reality where we can spend the rest of our life in endless trauma feedback loops or we can use it as a stepping stone into a new, more empowered, expanded reality. The deciding factor is whether we’re going to ‘move the needle’orchange the record.
