Taking into account how the last one ended, I wasn't sure what they could do for this. When you realize it's a prequel and a sequel in one, it loses itself a bit, but still has enough to carry it through. Saying that, there's a lot of filler, but if you can, stick with it... The conclusion is worth the wait.
