Directed by James McTeigue and written by the Wachowskis, V for Vendetta stars Hugo Weaving as the masked V, Natalie Portman as Evey, and a veritable who's who of British actors (mostly male) including John Hurt, Rupert Graves, Stephen Fry and Stephen Rea.
