Why not flash back to the time when we all felt good about our country, and also about Will Smith? The Junkies get nostalgic about their first time watching the film, and about having a hot president who spoke in complete sentences. Having recently rewatched the movie, they debate whether the film still stands up after nearly 30 years, and take a look at the 2016 sequel that practically no one saw. The Junkies wonder what the next Independence Day sequel could be about...if there were another alien invasion, would it not be an improvement on the current state of affairs?
