Six months ago, Ava quietly left her home of 10 years in Minneapolis and moved to Los Angeles. She drove across the country in her car with three suitcases and her mom riding shotgun, seeking a new chapter of personal growth and expansion. Over the last 6 months, she's had countless new experiences that simply wouldn't have happened had she stayed put. From finding a place to live to making adjustments at work, from building a community of friends to dating in LA and everything in between, Ava shares her experiences and best advice for staring over in a new city. 

While making a big life change can be intimidating, overwhelming, and even painful at times, it's never as scary as remaining stagnant. Ava encourages you to make whatever big change is on your heart—whether moving to LA, somewhere else, or perhaps another significant life transition. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
