This week in the Hub, we talk about two recent events that have happened which involve Disney’s world-renowned customer service. The first event refers to a situation which occurred on one of the Disney cruise ships. The Disney Cruise Line has allegedly removed a family with an infant off of the ship in Nassau in the middle of their cruise citing that the infant was underage. There is obviously more to this story. Secondly, Danny deals with Customers Service in regards to a toy that he bought his child..er…rather, Santa made for his child for Christmas. This topic has to do with product quality and has nothing to do with his upcoming vacation…whew! Listen in and check it out. Do you have any ideas regarding our topics?
