Cathy Hawk is the Founding Director of Clarity International®, a coaching and training firm specializing in teaching individuals how to use energy as a primary strategy in life and work. With nearly 30 years of experience, Cathy developed the innovative Lights-On Learning™ method, which uses interview and image-feedback processes to help clients gain clarity, connect with their purpose, and take intentional action.
Since 1994, Cathy and her Clarity® trained coaches have inspired thousands of people to find and pursue their callings, fostering profound shifts in energy and setting individuals on transformative paths. Cathy's journey began after a 28-year career in periodontal dentistry, when she created Clarity International® and developed her methods through extensive study in energy, vitality, and the mind-body-spirit connection. She has coached visionary entrepreneurs and leaders from various renowned companies, guiding them to implement enlightened business practices and achieve significant results.
The road to personal growth and achievement is often filled with unexpected twists and turns, which is why Cathy and I focused on the idea of the "inner GPS" , how that helps us to better understand our bodies, and how we can harness its power to point us in the right direction.
