Edit: I'm not sure if Peace Corps is using Lariam. Many have said PC stopped using it, and at least some PCVs have stated there is a generic brand of mefloquine. The US has stopped selling Lariam in the US. If anyone has a relaible source of the PC's use of Lariam, please share it with me and I'll update the episode.
