With this new change in the market I’m going to be talking about how it’s going to affect Realestate in Central Oregon. We should see a whole bunch of new listings that will be a big plus for buyers in our market. Because we’ve had low inventory it has contributed to higher prices. Now with an increasing inventory and low rates we might see some of the best buying opportunities in the last 15 years

August has been super busy in Central Oregon, Home prices are adjusting favoring buyers for a change. I’m going to give you a preview some of my listings that are getting ready to hit the market.

I want to be clear, I’m a conservative, a patriot, unvaccinated and all of my political views are on the strong Conservative side always looking to the constitution of the United States of America. I support the police department I support authority. I am Christian. I’m going to talk about some topics that are not typical for a market update that we see as we are writing offers. Average time on market has definitely increased, offer price is definitely decreased, terms are now favoring buyers more than they were in the last three months. All these things add up to market changing adjusting and favoring the buyer a little bit more. Good news for buyers bad news for sellers

Sunvalley and idaho was gorgeous, special, and worth being on your list for sure. Maybe Sun Valley is too extreme or expensive however if you can’t buy there you should be vacationing there because it’s amazing.

If You’re looking at the north west regardless if it’s Oregon or Washington or Idaho. I’m doing the research for you by traveling to these places to see for myself and then reporting to you what I’m finding I want to have first-hand insight into Boise, Sun Valley, Coeur d’Alene, Haley, Bailey. Etc. etc. If you’re considering the northwest regardless of where it is I’d like to be able to offer you some value in addition I will be selling real estate in Idaho at some point once I decide there’s a city worthy of making that effort to put an office in and work out two states.

Well I wish I had better news but it doesn’t look like the market is slowing down. If you’re coming to Central Oregon plan on being upset about the offer you will have to make to win. I say this so that you could have the right expectation. Having the wrong expectation only set you up for disappointment. Bend Oregon has become the place that a lot of people want to be but we’re a small town so there’s only so much inventory really about four days right now! The hope that we have is that rates will stay low and inventory will increase going into summer however so will the amount of buyers on the market. The sooner that you contact me the sooner that I can arrange the right properties for you to look at and will get the right chances in making offers. If you don’t swing you can’t get on base so keep that in mind
